Ngulia Safari Lodge is located in Tsavo West national Park spectacularly atop the edge of the Ndewe escarpment. It overlooks the famous Rhino Reserve which is the largest in the world. Game drives in the Rhino Reserve are currently only permitted between 4pm and 6pm so Ngulia is ideally situated as it is only 15 mins drive down to the sanctuary entrance. Ngulia has two water holes right in front of the restaurant area and provides very good relaxing facilities for watching wildlife in the evening coming to these water holes, and also some goat meat is hung out every evening to attract leopard - the most illusive of the “Big 5”.
